Small repairs (under 30 minutes) are included in each scheduled visit. Larger repairs are billed at a discounted member rate — typically 15–25% off what a standalone call would cost.
What if I'm a renter?+
We sometimes work with landlords who want rental properties maintained professionally. Renters generally need landlord approval, but if you manage a property, the plans are a clean way to keep maintenance predictable.
Do you handle landscaping or lawn care?+
No — we focus on the home itself (exterior, mechanical, interior repairs). We have trusted landscaping partners we can refer you to.

We believe the best way to earn your business is to actually work your home first. Your baseline inspection on day one is no additional charge beyond the first month's membership — you get a full report and can decide from there.
