The Whiteaker is a maintenance neighborhood
Most homes in the Whitt were built between 1900 and 1940. That means real wood, real character, and real maintenance. Galvanized supply lines that are 90 years old. Cast-iron drains. What we won't do is push you into replacing things that still work. A cast-iron drain at 70 years old can still have decades left. A 1920s furnace might be 60% efficient but still safe and reliable for another 5 winters. We'll tell you the truth, and you decide.
