Start a conversation →Full gut-and-rebuilds or targeted upgrades — cabinets, counters, layout changes. Contained work zones, daily cleanup, and a crew that shows up when they say they will.
Get a quote →Walk-in showers, tile work, vanity replacements, full layout conversions. Eugene's most requested remodel — done without tearing the rest of your house apart.
Get a quote →More square footage matched to your home's existing materials and trim. We pull the permits, handle the engineering, and build it to last decades.
Get a quote →Oregon weather demands materials chosen for rain and UV. We build decks, pergolas, and covered patios that hold up through wet Willamette winters.
Get a quote →Storage, workshop, or ADU prep — built with proper footings, insulation, and electrical rough-in included. No add-ons that weren't in the quote.
Get a quote →Turn unfinished square footage into livable space. We handle egress windows, framing, electrical, and finishes — all under one fixed-price contract.
Get a quote →Oregon's ADU laws changed — you can likely build one on your Eugene lot now. We handle permitting, design coordination, utilities hookup, and the full build from slab to certificate of occupancy.
Check your lot →I started HomeShield because I watched too many Eugene homeowners get burned by contractors who disappeared after the deposit or handed them to a crew they'd never met. That's not how I work.
Every project I take on, I'm on site at the kickoff and at the final walkthrough. You have my direct number. If something doesn't look right, you call me — not a dispatcher. My name is on the truck and on the CCB license, which means my reputation lives or dies on your project.
Most construction problems share a common thread: a quote that looked cheap until it wasn't. Here's what a fixed-price contract protects you from.
Illustrative ranges to help you budget before you call — actual pricing depends on scope, finishes, and site conditions. Your exact fixed price comes in writing after a free on-site walkthrough.

We're building our Eugene review history one honest project at a time. Until the testimonials pile up, here's what we put in writing on day one — the guarantees that make hiring us safe.
You approve one number before we start. It doesn't move unless you change the scope — hidden conditions are our problem, not yours.
Progress photos and a schedule update every Friday, without you asking. You always know exactly where your project stands.
Something's not right after we finish? We come back and fix it. Licensed, insured, and accountable long after the final walkthrough.
Founding clients get our full attention and a documented before/after we'll feature (with your permission). Straight pricing, no pressure.
We work throughout Eugene and surrounding communities. If you're not sure whether we reach your area, ask — we almost certainly do.
Honest answers. Question not covered here? Email construction@homeshieldproeug.com and we'll respond same day.
A bid is an estimate — it can grow. A fixed-price contract is a legal commitment. If something costs more than anticipated, that's our problem, not yours. The price only changes when you change the scope of work.
Fair question. We're licensed and insured through Oregon's CCB, we put a fixed price in writing before you pay anything, and you deal with the owner directly — not a call center. We'd rather earn your trust with a contract that protects you than with claims we can't back up yet. Ask us for references and we'll connect you with real clients.
We use a small vetted group of licensed specialty subs for electrical and plumbing — Oregon law requires licensed trades for those. Everyone else is a direct HomeShield crew member. You'll meet all of them at the kickoff walkthrough, and we hold subs to the same standards we hold ourselves.
Yes — financing is available for qualified homeowners on most projects, so you can spread the cost into monthly payments instead of paying all at once. Ask about options when we do your walkthrough and we'll walk you through what fits your budget.
A kitchen remodel runs 3–6 weeks depending on scope. A bathroom, 2–3 weeks. Room additions, 8–14 weeks including permits. New builds, 6–10 months. We give you a specific schedule with milestones and buffer before you sign anything.
An on-site walkthrough, a conversation about your goals and constraints, and a written fixed-price proposal with itemized scope within 48 hours of the visit. No charge, no obligation. Enough detail that you can compare it line-by-line against any other contractor's quote.
Sister companies, shared ownership, same standards. HomeShield Pro handles ongoing home maintenance — quarterly inspections, minor repairs, seasonal care. HomeShield Construction handles major construction work. Many clients use both: we build it, Pro keeps it maintained.
